A lovely, small, intimate hotel, with fabulous food, and friendly helpful staff. The small bar set next to the window was glorious and well stocked. Outside seating offered a choice of people watching, or enjoying the glorious weather. The restaurant food was first class, and the reception staff were superb. Nothing was too much trouble ! The room was spacious, and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the storage was adequate.

Loved the location, overall good stay. The bathroom was very tight in space and had the older pipe smell, some furnishings a tad worn including the lumpy comforter. But clean, good general decor and concept ! Elevator for anyone who has issues with stairs.
Great hotel in a very quiet, walkable area. We could not hear anything outside while in our room. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the inroom dining several times, everything was delicious and arrived quickly. The staff was all lovely. We would love to stay here again.

Lovely hotel in one of the most walkable and pleasant parts of CDMX. I found the location absolutely fantastic, I was able to walk everywhere and enjoy cafes and restaurants around the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-organized, the bathroom updated and functional, and the staff always polite and present. One of the best things about the hotel is the bistrot terrace, where you can have a nice view while you eat, have coffee, or simply sir for a while. I will be back!
Our recent stay at Hotel Cle had its highs and lows. The staff, especially Luis at the front desk, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The breakfast service was great, especially for our toddler, but the bathroom was small, and the city location meant no window view. The elevators were cramped, and the TV was disappointingly blurry. Additionally, thin walls meant noise traveled easily between rooms. On a brighter note, the rooftop was charming, offering a nice retreat, and the hotel's proximity to the subway, a 24/7 convenience store, and a juice bar was convenient for us. Hotel Cle offers a decent stay with its central location, attentive staff, and convenient amenities nearby - I would stay here again.
This place was great. We landed here after bad experiences at not one, not two, but three other places. Super glad to be here! The room was beautiful and clean, the electric blinds are a nice touch, it was quiet, the staff was professional.
